Why public services should look to faith to help tackle loneliness
A new report from FaithAction was launched this week at a reception in Parliament, aimed at the All-Party Parliamentary Group on faith and society.
The report focused on how faith-based organisations are tackling loneliness. Mims Davies (MP), the government minister for tackling loneliness was able to join the event. She was very encouraging about the role of faith in tackling loneliness, saying that faith groups are the ones who know what works, and that others should not therefore be afraid of working in partnership with them.
